“We Got the Power” is a song recorded by Swedish singer, songwriter and Eurovision 2012 winner Loreen. The track produced by her usual Moh Denebi and Björn Djupström is confirmed as the next promotional single but isn’t included on her debut studio album “Heal” that was released on digital retailers on October 22, 2012 via Warner Music. The track serves as a promotional single and was released on iTunes on May 17. She will perform the track in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 alongside her global hit single “Euphoria“, the last year’s contest winner song. Therefore, it seems that Loreen is ready to move on after the limited success achieved with the following singles after “Euphoria” and start thinking about her second studio album that could be released later this year. The music video directed by Loreen was premiered on May 23.

“Stronger Forever” is a song recorded by Chilean musical duo formed by the brothers Kevin Vásquez and Karla Vásquez better known by their stage name as Kevin, Karla & La Banda. The track is their second original track after the release of “No No No” in March. The new song written and produced by themselves is confirmed as the next promotional single and the second official anthem of the campaign “Basta de Bulling” from the Chilean corporation “Respétame“. Again, the duo sending an optimistic message of hope for all those who have suffered abuse either physical or psychological in his youth. The single is available for free download and hasn’t been confirmed if it will be released for sale on iTunes. The duo is still immersed in the recording of their debut album that will be released later this year after sign record deal by Universal Music.

“Can’t Hold Us” is a single by American rapper Macklemore and American producer Ryan Lewis. The track was released as the third single from their debut collaboration album “The Heist” (2012) on August 16, 2011. It has the collaboration of American singer-songwriter Ray Dalton. The song also features additional vocals by actress Susannah Wetzel, who sings portions of the chorus alongside Dalton.

The song peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it their second Top 10 hit in the United States. In early 2013, the song was re-released and featured in a U.S. television commercial for Microsoft Outlook and features in adverts for the drink Miller. The song was also used in the background of ESPN College Gameday commercials and in the March 2013 premiere episode of MTV’s The Real World: Portland. They performed the song for the first time on TV on the MTV Movie Awards on April 14. The long-awaited music video directed by Lewis with the collaboration of Jason Koenig and Jon Jon Augustavo was premiered on VEVO on April 17. This relaunch comes after the worldwide success garnered with their latest single “Thrift Shop“, fifth taken from the album.

On May 22, Diplo via his musical project Majoz Lazer gives us his remix version of the Billboard Hot 100 number 1 hit single “Can’t Hold Us“, this time with the extra collaboration of Reggae-musician Swappi and 1st Klase. The trap soca hardcore punk folk version was posted on Major Lazer’s soundcloud and it’s available as free download.

“23” is the upcoming debut single by American record producer Michael Williams better known by his stage name Mike WiLL Made-It. The track produced by himself is the lead single from his upcoming debut album “Est. in 1989: The Album” that’s scheduled for release later this year via EarDrummers Entertainment. The track has the guest vocals of American rappers Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J and American singer-songwriter and actress Miley Cyrus. Mike is also responsible for production of the new single from Miley “We Can’t Stop” which debuts on June 3rd. “23” will also be launched on digital platforms in June.

“I’m Out” is a song recorded by American singer-songwriter, actress and dancer Ciara. The track written by Timothy and Theron Thomas better known by their stage name as Planet VI. Remember they did Rowland’s “Kisses Down Low“, Rihanna’s “Pour it Up” and Beyoncé’s “I Been On“. The song is confirmed as the second single taken from her upcoming  eponymously-titled fifth studio “Ciara” that’s scheduled for release on digital retailers on July 5, 2013 via Epic Records. The opening track of the album has the collaboration of American female rapper Nicki Minaj. C-Squad and Barbz unite in a perfect urban-dark track. This will be a urban hit!

“Gentleman” is a song recorded by British pop girl band The Saturdays. The track written by Priscilla Renea and produced by Ambience is confirmed as the second official and third overall single taken from their upcoming fourth studio album rumored to be called “The Chase” that’s scheduled for release this Summer via Fascination, Polydor and Mercury Records. The single was officially premiered on May 9 and it’s scheduled for release on digital retailers on June 30.

The full music video was exclusively premiered on VEVO on May 23. The video is a perfect recreation inspired by the TV promo for the seventh season of “Desperate Housewives” and they look amazing. This is the first single from the band after getting their first number one in the UK single chart with “What About Us“. Will they manage to repeat the success?

On May 4, the girls released a 15 seconds preview of the single and unveiled a sneak peek of the official artwork. Unfortunetly the full song was leaked online on May 7 before of its official radio premiere. In a surreal musical turn in their trajectory, the girls have decided to leave their dance-pop sound of the last hit single “What About Us” to enter in the world of urban R&B/Funky/Pop where the girls dare even pseudo-rapping. In addition to sound like a cheap and decaf version of Destiny’s Child, (with everything that means), the song hasn’t got a chorus, as they did in their previous single “Notorious“. Not nearly it has the potential to be a hit, but anyway, I ask you to applaud because at least they have risked to evolve or change their stagnant pop sound. But though at first listen leaves you to face “WTF” after listening to the song several times, you end up liking it.

“Coming Home” is a song recorded by Swedish singer-songwriter and dancer Eric Saade. The track was written by himself, along with Julimar Santos (J-Son) and Mats Lie Skaare. It was produced by Jason Gill and it’s confirmed as the lead single from his upcoming fourth studio album “Forgive Me” that’s scheduled for release this year via Roxy Recordings. The single was released on iTunes on April 24th. This is his return to the music scene after completing promoting his latest album “Saade Vol 2“, released in 2011. The EP of the single was released on iTunes on May 22.

The song is a beautiful pop tune, with a base that can remember the classic Stargate production and lyrics that seem written by Ne-Yo. Easy to listen and fresh for this summer is about to arrive. That if, with this new single Saade shows a small trend towards much more mature sound, without losing the teen pop sound we like.

Now she returns to the music scene with a beautiful pop ballad to be released on digital platforms in early June via JK Music Group. The music video directed by Bakhodir Yuldashe was exclusively premiered on OK! Magazine (USA) and posted later on her Youtube channel on May 22. In my opinion her best song to date.

Alina Șleahtițkaia is a Romanian singer-songwriter better known by her stage name as Kaiia. Born in Ukraine and raised in Moldova, the singer is ready to conquer the dance music world by the hand of her mentors, hitmakers Marcel Prodan and Andrei Nemirschi better known as MAAN Music Studio and known worldwide as producers of such hits as “Mr. Saxobeat“, “Get Back (ASAP)” or “Cliché (Hush Hush)” and turn their first diva Alexandra Stan, into a dance music star in Europe.

Kaiia is the latest artist who joined MAAN Studio. In 2012 she released her debut single “Crazy in Love” in collaboration of Romian producers Manilla Maniacs, but now it’s time to celebrate her solo debut single entitled “Uhodi” that’s scheduled for release on digital retailers in June.
