The Saturdays “What About Us” (featuring Sean Paul) [Video Premiere]
Una, Mollie, Frankie, Vanessa and Rochelle best known as the British girl band The Saturdays are ready to return to succeed in the charts. The girls filmed the music video for her new single entitled “What About Us” on August 18 and 19 in Los Angeles. The single will be their official debut in the U.S. market. The song has the support of the Jamaican reggae singer-songwriter Sean Paul. The girls premiered the track on the Avalon Hollywood Club exclusively on Perez Hilton’s “One Night in LA” party after MTV VMA on Thursday September 6.
Before the official release of the song, the remixes by Buzz Junkies, Seamus Haji and 2nd Aventure were leaked online. The official extended version of the single appeared online on November 11. The radio version of the single with Sean Paul was leaked online on December 12. Is confirmed that the track written by Camille Purcell and Ollie Jacobs was released on digital retailers on December 18, 2012. The version on iTunes is 3:24 and removes Rochelle’s 3rd verse. The single featuring Sean Paul for the British market is scheduled for release on iTunes on March 18, 2013. The music video was premiered on Friday 11th January, 2013 at 8AM (GMT) on VEVO. The video featuring Sean Paul was posted on VEVO on February 6th, 2013.
The single includes a the acoustic B-side entitled “Somebody Else’s Life“. The original version of the track is confirmed as part on her upcoming album fourth studio album “The Chase”.
