Taylor Swift “Bad Blood” (Rapless Remix Version / Premiere)

“Style” still continues its journey in the US charts, and although the single was not promoted properly and the video did not convince the fans, the song has peaked at number 6 on Billboard Hot 100.

But Big Machine Records has impacted the music world with Taylor Swift‘s next shot from her acclaimed album “1989“. The controversial pop anthem “Bad Blood” is the next official single.

“Bad Blood” is a good choice, but in my opinion not the best. It’s a weak pop track and although it has controversy behind whether it is dedicated to Katy Perry or not, on the album there are much better songs.

The song was written by Swift with the dreamteam Max Martin and Shellback. According to the label’s radio promotions website, an official remix of album track, is set to impact pop radio on May 19th.

Swift skiped Coachella Music Festival to film a secret video directed by Joseph Kahn in Los Angeles on 12 April 2015. It has a multiple list of cameos including Zendaya, Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss, Selena Gomez, Hayley Williams, Kendrick Lamar and many more.

The video, which reminds me of an updated version of “Toxic” meets “Womanizer” by Britney Spears, was exclusively world premiered opening the Billboard Music Awards on May 17th.

The official remix video version of the song featuring Kendrick Lamar was released on iTunes on May 18th.

During the opening night of The 1989 World Tour in Tokyo (May 5th), Swift performed for the first time the remixed version (without Lamar) of the song. The official rapless version was premiered on KIIS FM on Monday June 8th.
