Lena Katina “This Is Who I Am” (iTunes+)

“This Is Who I Am” is the major debut solo album by Russian singer-songwriter Lena Katina, known as part of the pop duo t.A.T.u.. It was released on digital retailers on November 18, 2014.

She has spent the past few years in Los Angeles writing and recording her debut album with her band (comprised of Sven Martin, Domen Vajevec, Steve Wilson and Jörg Kohring) as well as collaborating with other well-known international songwriters.

The album comes preceded by the promotional single “Lift Me Up“, released in 2013 and the upcoming second single “Who I Am“, scheduled to be released on October 7th. It perfectly encapsulates the singer-songwriter’s life and emotional journey as she’s navigated from being one half of the biggest girl band of the 2000’s into the electrifying front-woman she has become today.

Alongside the pre-order of the album on iTunes the singer released the track “Fed Up” as first countdown single on September 16th.
