Causes “To the River” (RTL Late Night Performance)

Causes is an emerging alternative pop band based in Amsterdam and formed by Rupert Blackman, Jan Schröder, Simon Boeing-Messing, and Robert Pronk. They began their musical career with the great debut single “Teach Me How to Dance With You“, released in 2014.

Early this year, the band countered with another interesting song called “Walk on Water“, demonstrating its high potential and a promising future ahead.

It’s time to make a proper introduction with deliciously good indie pop anthem and the band’s proper international single “To the River“.

The song produced by Ian Grimble is the first taste of their upcoming debut studio album due out next year via [PIAS] Recordings.

The official music video directed by Johny Mourgue was premiered through Vevo on Friday October 16th, while the single was released on October 9th.
